DC Energy’s team of employees is as diverse as the roles that they fill within the company. From office jobs to truck operators, management to mechanics, the skills and experience that each bring to the team is different and invaluable. But the one thing every DC Energy employee has in common is a commitment to high quality work and customer service.
Our Work Environment
The atmosphere at each of DC Energy’s five Alberta locations can be described as casual in look and feel. But there is nothing casual about the work ethic or dedication exhibited by its employees. The nature of the oil and gas industry is such that regular 9 to 5 shifts are rare and most of the team goes about their jobs with a commitment that is
just as rare. To the operators, whose workplace is often the cab of a truck, DC Energy demonstrates its value by keeping its fleet well-equipped, clean, safe, and well-maintained.
